Well, you know I had to come up with an answer to your question, and after a little searching, the answer is...NO! Man..I was so ready to have Big D on your doorstep tomorrow morning with a warrant!! ;) But, contrary to popular belief, picking bluebonnets is a complete myth. The only thing TX DPS says, is to make sure you're not doing your picking on private property.. :)
